Managing Partner at Renaissance Management SA, Xavier Paternot is CONDIS' Chairman. He benefits from an international operational and managerial experience in the automotive and aerospace industries. He holds an engineering degree from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

François Marti has more than 25 years of experience in key management positions for international companies. He has been managing large international operations in Switzerland, Italy and the USA in the automotive and testing, inspection and certification industries. He sits at the board of several companies in Switzerland and abroad. Francois graduated from the Graduate Institute for International Relations in Geneva.

Dr Erik Sperling is a specialist with +25 years of international experience in high-voltage and measurement technologies and acts as a corporate consultant for OMICRON electronics GmbH. He is very active in international standardisation, the CIGRE community and works on future trends in the energy industry. He achieved a PhD from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany.

Andreas Hürlimann is an entrepreneur, professional board member and business angel with 30+ years international experience in leadership roles across all technology centric industries. Currently, he chairs the boards of LEM Holding SA (SIX: LEHN) and Sustainable Real-Estate SICAV and actively contributes to the Boards of HMT microelectronic AG, Steiner Investment Foundation, ElectricFeel AG and novoMOF AG. He is the founder of the boutique consultancy themissinglink ag and holds a Master of Science from ETH Zurich, Switzerland as well as a DAS in Finance from the University of Zurich.
