At CONDIS SA, we are convinced that diversity is a driver of performance and innovation.
The Women in Industry initiative was launched with a clear objective: to better understand the experiences of women within our organisation and to take concrete actions to strengthen their presence, their voice and their leadership.
Our ambitions
- Foster an inclusive and respectful working environment
- Promote female leadership at all levels
- Break down taboos and encourage open dialogue
- Implement tangible actions that address identified needs
Through round tables, leadership workshops and awareness initiatives, the project has created a constructive and meaningful space for dialogue.
Internally, several practical measures have been introduced, including the provision of free menstrual protection products in sanitary facilities, as well as conferences and awareness sessions on menopause and menstrual cycles, open to all employees. Specific workplace considerations have also been addressed, such as adapting certain equipment to better reflect women’s morphology. These initiatives illustrate a pragmatic approach focused on measurable and sustainable progress.
An impact beyond the company
Female ambassadors within the company have also taken part in concrete actions to promote technical careers among young women, notably through mentorship programmes and dedicated workshops designed to encourage and support their professional ambitions.
The initiative has generated strong internal engagement and has been recognised in the media and among other economic stakeholders, highlighting its broader relevance and societal impact.
“As a woman and as Human Resources Director, I am particularly attentive to ensuring that Women in Industry is not perceived as a symbolic initiative. It is a structured and long-term commitment to evolving our culture in a meaningful way and to strengthening our collective performance. Lasting progress requires consistency, accountability and concrete action, and this programme is designed with precisely that ambition.”
